Banks DIH recognises employees who have attained 20 yrs service

Employees of Banks DIH Limited who have attained 20 years of service were, on Friday last, all awarded gold pins for their exemplary commitment to working with the giant beverage company.

The employees who have been recognised for 20 years of service pose with Clifford Reis, Chairman/Managing Director; George Mc Donald, Co-Managing Director/Marketing Director; and Michael Pereira, Operations Director of Banks DIH Limited

Their remarkable service was also awarded with a grand luncheon hosted at the Banks DIH Sports Club at Thirst Park in Georgetown.
The awardees are Shawn Smith, Nirmal Kishur, Satesh Kistoo, Winslow Thom, Earl Wilson, Mark Rowe, Bhola Tiwari, Ron Harris, Seabra Cooper, Shawn Clementson, Matthew Kendall, Haneshwar Ramnauth, Christopher Williams, Edwin Grogan, Paul Grooms, Farida Bacchus, Cullen Rowland, Fraechie Kendall-Hardy and Audrey Sam-Liverpool.
They all received their pins from Chairman/Managing Director of Banks DIH, Clifford Reis.
Chief Executive Officer of Amy’s Pomeroon Foods Inc, Louis Holder, delivered the feature address to the gathering, and congratulated the employees for their dedication and hard work over the years.
According to Holder, the interchange of technology over time poses a challenge for companies to keep their employees. He however noted that Banks DIH must be applauded for making a difference, and for maintaining a good relationship with its employees.
Also present at the function were Banks DIH officials George McDonald — Co-Managing Director/Marketing Director; Michael Pereira – Operations Director; Andrew Carto – Human Resources Director; and Shabir Hussein – Engineering Service Director.
