Golden Jaguars clash with USVI in must win encounter

Guyana’s Golden Jaguars will face-off against the US Virgin Island (USVI) in their final 2nd round match of the Caribbean Football Union Scotia Bank, Men’s Caribbean Cup.
The must win game for men from the land of many waters will be played at the Adelita Cancryn Junior High School Ground in St. Thomas, USVI.

The USVI road to the second round was a 2-1 win over St. Marteen and a 1-2 loss to Grenada in March of this year.
Head Coach of the Golden Jaguars Jamaal Shabazz remains optimistic about his team’s chances of progressing to the third round in October despite losing 2 goals to 5 to Curacao on Wednesday night.
The under-strength Jaguars team who are missing some key players for various reasons will go all out for the win then trust for Curacao to also defeat the USVI when the two teams clash on Tuesday June 7 in Curacao.
