Following a good opening round to the 2017 Guyana Cricket Board (GCB)/Jaguars One Day League, round two which bowls off today 23 will feature four more intense matches being contested at grounds across the country.
At the Enterprise Community Centre Ground on the East Coast of Demerara, the home team East Coast who lost their first match will head into the encounter versus the West Berbice franchise much to gain after the latter also failed to win their opening game.
The Everest Ground will host a big clash as Jaguars 3-Day champs Essequibo who seemed to have carried their form from the longer version into the 50 over contest; will lock horn with the under-fire Georgetown franchise. Essequibo got off to a winning start in the first game by handsomely beating West Berbice while Georgetown suffered mixed results after losing their first match by 131 runs.

Ex-West Indies all-rounder Royston Crandon rolled back the years with the first century of the tournament, giving the Berbice franchise a good start this season.
The last of four matches will feature two in-forms teams; West Demerara and Upper Corentyne; both fresh off respective wins their introductory matches, squaring off at the Tuschen Community Ground.
