Surinam Airways to re-introduce Guyana/Orlando flights

As the summer approaches, Surinam Airways recently announced the reintroduction of its seasonal service between Guyana and Orlando, Florida in the US, to facilitate vacationers.

The announcement declaration which was made on Tuesday, is set to commence on July 1, lasting until September 29.

Spanning this period, Surinam Airways specially offers a weekly service on Saturdays; departing the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) for Sanford International in Orlando, Florida. The airline’s General Manager for North America, Henk Fitz-Jim, in making this pronouncement, declared that 2017 marks the third year that the airline is providing seasonal service between Orlando and Guyana in response to the needs of the Guyanese-American community in Central Florida, especially during the holiday season.

The manager assured that the re-implementation of the service will not affect the three weekly flights currently being offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays; between Miami, Florida and Guyana.
