The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) NAMILCO National Under-17 League continued over the weekend with most team recording resounding victories while Fruta Conquerors, Eastveldt and Alpha United extended their unbeaten streak.

In the Georgetown Football Association (GFA) leg of the Guyana Football Federation, Fruta Conquerors dismissed Santos FC 3-0 on the Tucville ground, with goals coming from the foot of Joel Yhap, in the 21st, Nicholas McArthur in the 24th and Malachi Adonis in the 69th minute of play.
Eastveldt destroyed Pele 9-0 with Shemar Bobb starring by recording an impressive hat-trick in the 6th, 27th and 44th minute. Calvin Peters contributed by netting a brace in the eighth and 62nd minute while TeonVankenic scored a double in the 63rd and 69th minute.
Josiah Nero chipped in with a goal in the 35th minute while an own goal in the 12th minute added to Pele’s poor run.
Alpha United then thrashed Order and Discipline 3-0 with Julian Bamfield, Daniel Agustin and Cleon Robertson scoring in the 24th,

In the West Demerara Football Association (WDFA) leg, hosts Den Amstel prevailed over Slingerz FC 3-1.
Malcolm Miggins, Anthony Benn and Keswin Fraser were the scorers, netting in the 19th, 28th and 29th minute respectively for the winners while Akeem Hussein scored the lone goal for Slingerz.
Matches will continue this weekend across the various associations.
