Clear Waters supports international Table Tennis Player

On Wednesday November 22, Clear Waters handed over a sponsorship cheque to the equivalent value of US$1,200 to Yeudistir Persaud to assist the athlete with his airfare and accommodation while in Washington, DC in his quest to reclaim gold in the Joola Table Tennis Championship.

Persaud, an internationally ranked table tennis player out of the Titan Tennis Club, Eve Leary, Georgetown will be playing in the open category where he will compete against over 1000 participants from 48 different countries.
In 2015, The Mae’s Secondary School student earned gold in the championship and then a Bronze in 2016. He is extremely confident that he will reclaim his title as a gold medalist on this outing.
Clear Waters Marketing, Sales and Distribution Manager, Amarjeet Hardat stated that Clear Waters stands strong behind young local talent and is confident that Yeudistir will make Guyana proud, again. Hardat further emphasized on the importance of sport in the development of today’s youths and that Clear Waters will always support in whatever way possible.
The Joola North American Table Tennis championship kicks off November 24 in Washington, DC.
