The Anna Catherina Islamic Complex AA, Hindus for Selfless Service (HSS) and Indus Voices Musical Group will host a special concert titled, “Confluence” at the Latifan Civic Centre, Anna Catherina Islamic Complex, West Coast Demerara. The event is billed for Saturday, November 19.
The programme is organised specifically to be a part of Guyana’s 50th Independence anniversary and seeks to entertain education and highlight the integration and involvement of the Indian culture into the Guyanese society.
The event will feature Amar Ramessar and the Indus Voices Musical Group backed by vocals from Seema Boodram, Sookranie Boodhoo, Loveina Deepan and several others. Tickets for the concert cost $300 and will be available at the gate.
There will also be food and drinks on sale at the event. The concert gets underway at 18:30h and the public is invited to attend.
