One person was arrested following the discovery of an unlicensed firearm at Second Street Campbellville, Georgetown, on Monday.
The firearm that was found
Based on reports received, at about 17:00h on the day in question, an intelligence-led Police operation was conducted in Second Street Campbellville, Georgetown, during which one .22 pistol without ammunition was found.
The firearm and the suspect were taken to the Kitty Police Station where he remains, pending charges.
