All of the top wheelsmen will assemble at the inner circuits for the 15th annual Laparkan Holdings 11-race programme, which will pedal off from 09:00h. This race will feature a 35-lap schoolboys and invitational main event.
The race is organised by the father of cycling in Guyana, Hassan Mohammed. Laparkan Human Resources Manager Lynette Shivlochan will grace the event with her presence to distribute prizes to the top cyclists. Currently, Briton John and Jamaul John (no relations) have been dominating the local cycling circuit and they will turn out to battle for supremacy.
Jamaul John will be looking to extend his form, as he is fresh from a win on Sunday last. Briton John, who has been making great strides, will also be expected to light up the National Park with speed. In the 2018 event, Team Evolutions’ Christopher Griffith won the 35-lap schoolboys and invitational race with a stellar time of one hour 18 minutes 32 seconds.
