17 teams for final day action

GTT Tape Ball Tournament

The final day of action in the GTT Tape Ball Knockout Tournament is billed for Sunday at the National Park Tarmac, where there will be one match prior to the commencement of the super 16 round.
The champions will be determined from those teams who have survived after the four days of competition out of the more than 100 teams who entered for a shot at the inaugural title.

Action from last Sunday

In the lone match remaining before the start of the super 16, Eccles All Star and Queenstown Masjid will battle for the final spot in the final 16.
Following the super 16, the quarter-finals will be played, followed by the semi-finals and the grand finale.
The teams making up the 15 that have already qualified for the final day of action are: Doosan Vipes, Enmore Stars, Rising Stars and Modern Media (East Coast); Invaders, Specialist, Rising Star B, South Side, West Dem 08 and Spartans (West Demerara); PSI Legends, Ruimveldt Sports Club, GT Strikers, Outlaws and CJIA B (Georgetown). Action is scheduled to get underway at 08:30h
