Police are currently investigating the escape of two inmates from the Lusignan Prison located on the East Coast of Demerara (ECD).
Guyana Times understands that the prisoners made their escape sometime this morning.
Public Relations Officer at the Guyana Police Force (GPF) Stan Gouveia only revealed that “the police in Division 4C are currently on the ground investigating an escape of two inmates from the Lusignan Prison.”
