Two more persons have succumbed to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) according to the Ministry of Health.
In a statement, moments ago, the Ministry said that a 29-year-old woman from Region Seven (Cuyuni-Mazaruni) and a 69-year-old woman from Region Three (Essequibo Islands-West Demerara) are the latest fatalities.
These two latest fatalities take the countrywide death toll to 314.
It also takes the death toll for the day to 4 and the month to 14.
