Twenty-eight lucky customers were on Monday treated with customer appreciation packages, cake and $2,800 in credit by GTT for their steadfast support to the company’s services over the past 28 years.
The randomly selected customers all expressed gratitude to GTT for supplying them with telecommunication services over the years.
Being a GTT subscriber with mobile, blaze internet and landline services, Customer Martin Moore said he is appreciative for the services GTT has provided him and family over the years.
“I use the Gyaff-A-Lot plan a lot on my smartphone and I am extremely satisfied with the services, blaze and my landline as well. I am just thankful because it makes communicating with friends and family easier and at a cheaper cost.”
Sharing the same view was GTT longstanding customer, Enid Brotherson who
also commended GTT’s newly implemented Self-Service portal. “I use the landline, mobile and blaze services and its good; no complaints really. Even when there is a complaint there are many avenues to get help; like there is the live chat which is convenient and you can call as well. And then there is the option to pay your bills from home. We are growing in Guyana with technology.”
Consuming GTT’s landline services from the very start, and recently through his new smartphone, another customer, Peter Denny said he has watched the company transform over the years. Denny noted that he foresees the company developing further this year and at a faster pace with the new advancement in technologies around the world.
“January is a great time to celebrate another year; it’s the first month of the year which sets the tone for all that is to come. In this, GTT’s 28th year, customers can anticipate great things from the Do More Company,” said Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GTT, Justin Nedd, who has ten years of service with the company.
Presenting the packages to the lucky customers was Vice President for Customer Experience at GTT, Orson Ferguson who told the customers, “I was extremely excited and privileged to have the opportunity to spend time with so many of our loyal customers to celebrate our 28th anniversary. Having a chance to speak with customers is always something that I value because they provide so much feedback; and I am reminded of why I come to work every day and that is to deliver quality products and services to our customers.”
Ferguson added, “GTT has a lot of exciting services in store for our customers and over the next few years, we will be delivering some revolutionary products that will significantly improve customers quality of life. Our best years are ahead of us and we look forward to your continued support.”
Currently, the “Do More” company has a daily trivia game on its social media pages, which sees lucky customers winning $2,800 in mobile top up. GTT will continue its customer appreciation with special deals on smartphones in stores countrywide.
On January 28, GTT’s celebrations will culminate with its Chief Blaze Ambassador, Timeka Marshall, in stores where the company will present random customers with fantastic prizes throughout the day to show its appreciation.
