Four men are wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a Cuban national outside a business establishment at Queenstown, Georgetown, early Sunday morning.

The men wanted in connection with Dainier Vegas Infante’s murder

Wanted are 26-year-old Mikhail Mario Joseph, 25-year-old Nicholas Daby, 20-year-old Baraka Haraohn Bayneuzzi Garnett, and 19-year-old Javon Hodge.
The men are being sought over the murder of 23-year-old Cuban national Dainier Vegas Infante, who was gunned down on May 10, at Foreshaw Street, Queenstown, Georgetown.
According to reports, Infante, who worked as a janitor at the business place and lived at Alexander Village, Georgetown, was reportedly shot at about 05:45h after approaching a group of men outside the establishment.
Information released by Police stated that four males arrived in the area shortly before the shooting. One of the suspects, who was armed with a handgun, reportedly approached two men who were seated outside the business place and engaged them in conversation.
Investigators said Infante later exited the building and walked toward the group when the armed suspect allegedly discharged a round in his direction. The Cuban national was struck and fell to the ground.
The gunman reportedly escaped in a motor vehicle along Foreshaw Street, while the other suspects fled separately.
A doctor later pronounced Infante dead at the scene. His body was subsequently taken to the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, where it is awaiting a post-mortem examination.
As investigations intensified, ranks of the Guyana Police Force Command Centre reportedly identified and intercepted a motor vehicle believed to have been linked to the fatal shooting.
A 45-year-old female manager of Little Diamond, East Bank Demerara, was subsequently arrested and remains in Police custody as investigators continue their probe. The vehicle has since been seized and is being processed for evidence.
Investigators are also reviewing CCTV footage obtained from the area as efforts continue to determine the circumstances surrounding the killing and the movements of the suspects before and after the shooting.
