A man who allegedly carried out a daring robbery on a West Ruimveldt, Georgetown business place was on Friday brought before Magistrate Leron Daly.
Esquick Rogers appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts and denied the allegation when it was put to him.
The charge read to him stated that between October 21 and October 23, 2017 at West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, he robbed the grocery store of goods with a total value of 3,000.
The facts of the matter were not presented to the court; however, the Police Prosecutor had no objections to bail being granted and it was granted in the sum of ,000.
The matter is expected to be brought again before the court on November 17, 2017.
