Home Sports 9 to represent Guyana at World Scout Jamboree in South Korea
The Scout Association of Guyana will be represented at the 25th World Scout Jamboree
in Saemangeum, South Korea, by a contingent of nine (9) Scouts and one (1) leader.
The theme for this year’s Jamboree is “Draw Your Dream”, and up to 50,000 participants are set to attend and be encouraged to bring dreams to reality.
World Scout Jamborees are held every 4 years, and scouts from all over the world gather in a country to meet, socialise, and work on many activities that would help to develop them for a lifetime.
Attending this 25th Jamboree are:

Also attending the jamboree will be Mrs. Zaida Joaquin, who will not be part of the
contingent, but was appointed as a Deputy Sub Camp Leader, where she will be part of a team overlooking 10,000 campers.
