Dear Editor,
How come the A Partnership for National Unity/Alliance For Change (APNU/AFC) Government of President David Granger had difficulty finding the money for sugar workers severance pay yet can suddenly find the money to pay for several commissions of inquiry into the unprecedented crime spree of 2002-2009? Why the specific dates of 2002-2009? Why not go back further and investigate all killings since independence?
