National 100 metres and long jump champion Emanuel Archibald and 100m speedster Jasmine Abrams have booked their spots to represent Guyana at the highest level in the Tokyo Olympics, which are set to kick off on July 23 and end on August 8.
Abrams has qualified via her world rankings and will be participating in the 100m event while Archibald has qualified through Universality Place.
Abrams will be alongside her sister Aaliyah Abrams, who has qualified for the Olympics as well via world rankings as she did.
Abrams and Archibald will also be joining Chelsea Edghill, Keevin Allicock, and Andrew Fowler as they aim to make Guyana proud.
