Dear Editor,
On every occasion that we have a national event, our National Flag is hung on lamp posts throughout the country. On every occasion after the event, our National Flag is left to hang in tatters on the same lamp posts.
The Ministry responsible for this, and those who head it, should hang their heads in shame.
