Alexander is seeking to mislead the public again

Dear Editor,
It is with reluctance that I have penned this response to Vincent
Alexander’s in your letters column. Once again, Mr Alexander has deliberately caused libellous statements about me to be published.
Let me, once and for all, set the records straight because, for now I am interested in the decision of the court. Thereafter, I will address matters incidental thereto:
1) I pursued the UG LL.B. degree from 2000 to 2003.
2) I was granted the only loan (for the first year), and the expiry repayment date for that loan was 31 August, 2006.
3) I was acted against in 2003. The expiry date for repayment had not arrived.
4) Neither the University of Guyana nor the Ministry of Finance wrote me on this matter while I was awaiting approval and saw no reasons why there should have been problems as a continuing student.
5) N Rheka, (Finance Secretary as he then was) pointed out to me that he saw no reasons why the monies sent by the Ministry of Finance to the University of Guyana omitted payment for me.
6) Mr Alexander should not be allowed to confuse the public that there was/is anything other than the above facts.
7) Mr Alexander needs to be reminded that he has also libelled me when he wrote and had published that I was involved in the crime of CONSPIRACY when I wrote 20 different exams during the academic years 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 and I have ill gained grades!!!
8) He cannot wish away the examination attendance slips for each and are now a part of the court’s records.
