AMBC Elite Gold medalist Jackman returns

Americas Boxing Confederation (AMBC) Elite Women’s 81Kg Champion, Abiola Jackman was met with a splendid return to Guyana on the heels of her gold medal win in Ecuador on Thursday last. Jackman became the first Guyana, male or female, to win gold at an AMBC Elite Championships after defeating Ecuador’s Daniela Espana in the division final. According to the GBA, a celebration is being planned for Jackman’s historic achievement.
