Another playout of two TCs

Dear Editor,
The impasse playing out at City Hall, where the appointed interim TC is not accepted or recognised, but the one who has been reverted to her substantive position is recognised as TC, is reminiscent of a similar situation of two TCs of a former city administration some time ago.
What a situation! Two TCs and city administration in limbo.
