Armed bandits rob Corentyne supermarket, escape with customer’s car

In a brazen robbery on Tuesday evening, armed bandits struck the Golden Spring Supermarket located at Number 65 Village, Corentyne. The gunmen targeted both the owner of the supermarket and its customers, making off with a vehicle belonging to one of the shoppers.

Witnesses said the robbers stormed the establishment, brandishing firearms and demanding cash from both the owner and customers.
Following the robbery, the men managed to flee the scene. Police are currently investigating and have launched a manhunt for the suspects.
