Aroaima lead weekend winners as Summer Super Cup continues

The Summer Super Cup 2026 continued at the Bayroc National Stadium in Linden over the weekend, with Aroaima Football Club (FC) producing the biggest attacking display of the round while Haynes Winner Connection and Milerock FC also secured victories. Netrockers FC and Pdey Stars, meanwhile, battled to a goalless draw.
Saturday’s opening encounter saw Aroaima FC run riot against Hi Stars, securing a commanding 6-1 victory.
Aroaima wasted little time getting on the scoresheet, with Lleuton Lyte opening the scoring in the seventh minute. Hi Stars responded four minutes later through Jermaine King, to level the contest at 1-1.
The equaliser, however, only provided temporary relief for Hi Stars as Aroaima regained control. David Belgrave restored the lead in the 21st minute, before Lindon Benjamin extended the advantage in the 37th minute.

Belgrave struck again shortly after the restart, completing his brace in the 48th minute as Aroaima continued to dominate.
Dave Torrenton added another in the 58th minute, before Emanuel Surawing completed the scoring in the 78th minute, handing Aroaima a convincing five-goal victory margin.
Later that evening, Haynes Winner Connection recorded a comfortable 3-0 victory over Blueberry Hill FC.
Anthony Lane was the architect of the win, scoring twice inside the opening 11 minutes. Lane broke the deadlock in the third minute before doubling the advantage in the 11th.
Blueberry Hill struggled to find a response, and Haynes Winner Connection eventually put the result beyond doubt when Kevin Dare scored in the 81st minute to complete the 3-0 victory.

Milerock edge Silver Shattas
Sunday’s action saw Milerock FC maintaining a slim lead over Silver Shattas FC to eventually prevail, 2-1.
Milerock took the lead in the 28th minute through Tyrese Lewis, and held their advantage for much of the contest.
The lead was doubled in the 72nd minute when Michael Jeffers found the back of the net, leaving Silver Shattas with a difficult task in the closing stages.
Silver Shattas did manage to pull one back through Kilan Newland in the 76th minute, but Milerock held firm during the final minutes to secure all three points.
The final match of the weekend produced a tight defensive battle, with Netrockers FC and Pdey Stars playing to a 0-0 draw.
Neither side was able to find the decisive breakthrough despite their efforts, resulting in the points being shared.
The latest round added further intrigue to the Summer Super Cup, with teams continuing their battle for valuable points as the competition progresses at the Bayroc National Stadium.
