The Berbice Cricket Board is pleased to announce that trial sessions for its under 15 Zone teams have been successfully completed and squads has been shortlisted to be trained in preparation for the competition which kicks off on November 28, 2017.
Tremayne Smartt is a veteran with 111 international appearances between 2009 and 2016
The squads are complete with players, coaches and managers for the following zones; West Berbice, New Amsterdam/ Canje, Lower Corentyne and Upper Corentyne. Among the coaches named is former West Indies Women player Tremayne Smartt who will take charge of Lower Corentyne
Players are advised that training commences today at the following locations. The New Amsterdam Canje squad members will assemble at the Young Warriors Cricket Club at 15:00h, Lower Corentyne at the Albion Community Center for 15:00h, Upper Corentyne at the Port Mourant Community Center for 15:30h and West Berbice at Bushlot for 15:30h.
