Two partners in crime appeared on Friday before Georgetown Magistrate Leron Daly, charged with attempting to commit a felony.
Odingo Haywood of Charlestown, Georgetown and Lindon Trotman, 24, of Guyhoc Park, South Ruimveldt Georgetown pleaded not guilty to the charge, which stated that on July 10, they attempted to commit a felony on the dwelling house of Davindra Ganbarran.
According to the prosecution, the men were caught in the act when they attempted to burglarise Ganbarran’s home. An alarm was raised, and the duo were subsequently arrested and charged.
The prosecutor had no objection to either man being placed on bail, thus they were released on $100,000 bail each, and are expected to return to court on August 31.
