Thirty-one-year-old Oneil Lampkin of Sheet Anchor Village, East Canje, Berbice and 23-year-old Damion Morgan of 1916 Fort Ordinance Housing Scheme, East Canje, Berbice were each fined $10,000 on Wednesday for assaulting a man.
The duo appeared before Senior Magistrate Alex Moore at the New Amsterdam Magistrate’s Court and pleaded guilty to a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm committed on Jeremy Fontanelle. 
The offence was committed at the Central Police Station in New Amsterdam, Berbice. (G1)
