Biggest yet Mr. Guyana set for July 10

The Guyana Amateur Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (GABBFF) will hold its Senior Mr. Guyana, Bikini and Mr. Physique competition on Sunday July 10 from 19:00 hrs at the National Cultural Centre. The competition will be used to select representatives for the 44th Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation Championships slated for September 15 in the Dominican Republic. Three (3) years defending champion Kerwin Clarke will once again look to put a strangle hold on the competition while Junica Pluck will attempt to defend her title in the Bikini division. A close call is expected between defending champion Mr. Physique Emmerson Campbell and last year runner-up Yannick Grimes. Grimes said he working harder this year on preparations for Mr. Guyana and will look to upstage the competition including his longtime rival Emmerson. There will be female guest posing by Guyanese Dominic Alleyne who resides in Barbados and Stevenson Belle will be the male guest poser who is also from Barbados.
