As Guyana celebrates the 179th anniversary of East Indian arrival in Guyana, one of the most spectacular Bollywood and chutney shows in a very long time is planned for the Guyana National Stadium on May 5.
The show will feature the Angels Caribbean Band out of New York and the Caribbean Hotshots Band out of Guyana. The show is expected to be off the hook, with several other performers taking the stage before the main band.
Both of the bands are known for their high-quality performances and it with this in mind, they intend to perform to their best before their Guyanese fans. Also part of the show will be Deejay Stephan out of 71 Sound System and the 89.5 FM’s Morning Drive Team.
Tickets for the evening cost $1000 and if you buy three, the fourth will be absolutely free. However, VIP tickets cost $5000. These tickets for the event can be won Monday to Friday on RGI 89.5FM between 07:00h and 09:00h and on Sundays on Television Guyana between 10:00h to 14:00h.
