“Cash Money” found with ganja

A Essequibo Coast, Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam) man, called “Cash Money” was on Tuesday nabbed at a bar with a quantity of marijuana.
Reports are the man was at a popular bar named Cus-Cus, located at Henrietta village on the Essequibo Coast, when ranks swooped down on him based on information received. The man, who was recently released from jail, attempted to escape when he noticed ranks approaching him.
He was subsequently arrested and a search revealed four small Ziploc bags containing leaves, seeds and stem in his right side front pants pocket.
He was then taken to the Anna Regina Police Station where the illegal substance was weighed and amounted to four grams. Charges will be instituted soon.
