CBC Championship looms near

The Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation (GABF) has named the following 12 players to represent Guyana at the 2018 Caribbean Basketball Confederation (CBC) Senior Men’s Basketball Championship and the FIBA AmeriCup 2021

Caribbean Pre-Qualifiers in Suriname from June 22 to

June 30.
Eighteen-year-old Stanton Rose has retained his post as Captain and will have alongside him: Harold Adams, Orland Glasgow, Shaine Webster, Ray Victor, Anthony Moe, Travis Burnett, Felix Hamilton, Travis Belgrave, Denzel Devonish, Timothy Thompson, and Kevon Wiggins.
Head Coach duties have been taken on by Junior Hercules while Dennis Clarke is the Assistant Coach and the Manager is Nigel Hinds.

ton based in the United States of America and Antigua; former US college players Victor and Devonish along with Berbice-born 17-year-old Kevon Wiggins, the youngest player on the team. Guyana depart for Suriname on Friday, June 22 and will play Grenada on Sunday, June 24 at the Anthony Nesty Indoor Stadium in their opening game.
