Home News Construction worker slapped with attempted murder charge
Twenty-two-year-old construction worker Earl Kelvin Mc Adams, called ‘Baby Boy,’ has been placed on $150,000 bail after appearing before Sparendaam Magistrate Rochelle Liverpool on an attempted murder charge on Wednesday.
Adams, of Lot 7 ‘B’ Field Sophia, Greater Georgetown, was not required to plead to an indictable charge alleging that he committed the offence on 43-year-old Evan Rose of ‘B’ Field Sophia on April 10 at Red Road, Sophia.
The charge laid states that his action is contrary to Section 103 (C) of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01. The accused was arrested by the Police only on May 26.
The matter has been adjourned to July 5.
