Cop, 14-year-old sister robbed at gunpoint

A 23-year-old policeman was robbed of his XR motorcycle, CK 2404, valued $435,000 by two armed men. At the time of the robbery on Friday, the cop was in the company of his 14-year-old sister, who was the pillion rider.
In his Police report, the cop said that he was heading north along Spurwing Drive, South Ruimveldt, Georgetown, at about 19:30h when the suspects, who were also on a motorcycle, approached him from behind.
He said that the pillion rider suspect pulled out a handgun from his pants waist, and pointed it at him and his teen sister while demanding that they stop. The bandit then proceeded to discharge three rounds in the air. This led to the cop complying with the demands of the bandits. The gunman rode off in the company of his co-conspirator with the cop’s bike.
An investigation has been launched.
