Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a Moruca, North West District, Region One, man, whose partially decomposed body was found in a sitting position with a string around his neck.
Dead is Ryan Roberts. His body was found at about 10:00h on Sunday at Hurradiah Village, Moruca, NWD.
