The Guyana Rugby Football Union (GRFU) held its Annual General Meeting on February 09, 2020 at the National Racquet Centre on Woolford Avenue, and a new executive body was elected.

After going toe-to-toe with Earl Edghill for the presidency of this body, Ryan Dey was eventually so elected. Immediate past president Peter Green did not seek re-election.
Following his election, Dey thanked Green for the hard work he had done over the years, and committed to elevating the standards of Guyana Rugby.
