Diamond man busted with ganja hidden in wall divider

A Diamond, East Bank Demerara (EBD) resident was on Friday evening arrested following the discovery of a quantity of cannabis at his property.
The suspect, 37-year-old Kevin Simpson of Block X Diamond, EBD, was taken into custody after 117 grams of cannabis was found hidden in a wall divider in zip-lock bags.
Upon his arrest, he admitted ownership of the marijuana. He is expected to make a court appearance in the new week.
