Digicel launches “The Gift of Data” Christmas promotion
– more than 50% off smartphones this Christmas
Christmas is fast approaching, and Digicel is giving the gift of savings with whopping discounts on handsets and data. The telephone giant is giving its customers more reasons to smile this holiday season, with more than 50 per cent off selected smartphones and 50 per cent off all 4G Smart Bundle Data Plans activated during the period January to March 2019.
For every smartphone purchased during the promotional period, the purchaser would receive a monthly 4G Smart Bundle data plan (with talk, text and data) absolutely free.
Upon purchase of a new SIM card, the purchaser would also benefit from 50 per cent off all 4G Smart Bundle data plans activated during the period January to
March 2019.
Customers can get these great offers at all Digicel stores across Guyana. The red network unveiled “The Gift of Data” promotion in Linden on Friday.
“We want to give customers the best quality device and service, so we’ve reduced rates on our handsets across the country, where our customers will be getting whopping savings in stores across Guyana,” was the reason proffered for the offer.
Any customer purchasing a smartphone costing from $5,500 up will get a monthly data plan absolutely free! And that’s not all, customers activating a SIM within the promotional period will get 50 per cent off all 4G Smart Bundle data plans for the next 3 months. These red hot deals mean that customers can also spread the joy this season with their loved ones near and far, explained Digicel’s Chief Executive Officer Gregory Dean.
In addition to sales on devices, Digicel would be giving back through its annual
Christmas Cheers activity by making several donations to several organisations, including “For The Children’s Sake” organisation.
The Christmas Cheers activities will be held in other communities across Guyana during the promotional period.
