Dynamic line-up for Inspire You 2019

The Sonia Noel Foundation for Creative Arts, in collaboration with Women Across Borders, will be hosting Inspire You 2019 on March 3 at the Pegasus Hotel as part of Women’s Month celebrations.
The team is working overtime to ensure this event truly makes a difference in the lives of people.
Last year, some amazing speakers from around the world, the Caribbean, and right here in Guyana spoke on various topics that totally inspired the audience.
Among those were Dr Jackie Evans from Connecticut, Hilda Bourne from Mississippi, two US-based Guyanese living in New York – Christine Neblette and Linda Felix-Johnson, who are also co-authors of Women Across Borders; GTT Marketing Consultant Samantha Gooden, Attorney Ayanna McAlmont from Guyana and Sherry Ann Dixon from the United Kingdom.
The feedback was powerful, and this year the objective is to be more impactful. Inspire You is an event that will encourage you and show you how to give the world the best version of yourself and with this empowering line-up of women, they will do just that.
Bourne and Neblette will be returning to the stage, along with a dynamic group of young women from Guyana, including Attorney-at-Law Thandi McAllister; Mariska Fiedtkou Jordan; Ramps Logistics Business Development Manager, artiste, radio & TV hostess and entrepreneur, former Miss Guyana Ruqayyah Boyer; Soarers Video Production Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ruth Wilson; and Ptolemy Reid Rehabilitation Centre teacher Joan Jackie Butcher.
Also joining the line-up virtually will be celebrity make-up artist and bestselling author Jacqui Phillips and author Bethany Hanna from the United States. It is important for everyone to be exposed to a growth environment and people who can motivate you.
Motivation gets you going, but it is the discipline keeps you growing. It doesn’t matter how talented you are, because talent only is not good enough. It is the discipline, consistency and focus that set you apart from the others.
These phenomenal women will be sharing their journey and giving you an insight why quitting is not an option. This year, persons will have the option of attending the 13:00h session, the 18:00h session or both.
“I can assure you that you will not leave this event the same you came. It will be transformational, for God’s willing,” the institute’s founder Sonia Noel said. Limited tickets are available at the Pegasus.
