Essequibo Coast man dies while performing ‘stunts’ on motorcycle

The bike Stephens was riding when he met his demise

Kenford Stephens of Dartmouth Village, Essequibo Coast, Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam) has lost his life after he lost control of the bike he was driving along the Evergreen Public Road on the Essequibo Coast and it toppled several times before coming to a halt.
Reports received are that, before the tragedy occurred on Thursday, the 22-year-old Stephen was proceeding along the roadway at a fast rate while performing ‘stunts’ by lying on his motorcycle.
After the accident, he was picked up in an unconscious state by his friends who were riding a short distance away from him, and was taken to the Charity Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigations are ongoing.
