The Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) will be hosting the Female Under-19 T20 Inter-County tournament from Saturday February 17 to Sunday February 18, 2018 according to a Press Release received late on Thursday.
And while there are three teams in the tournament, there is no Essequibo team as stated in the media release.

The statement stated that the tournament bowls off on Saturday at the Everest Cricket Club ground at Camp road and Carifesta avenue with two matches. The opener will pit the GCB President’s XI and Demerara at 09:00h followed by defending champions, Berbice opening their defence against the President’s XI from 13:30h.
The round robin tournament will finish on Sunday afternoon with the final clash between hosts Demerara and champions Berbice from 13:30h.
