The second round of the 2017 GCB Jaguars 3-Day League approaches its commencement, Essequibo emerged as point standing leaders on 17.2 points, closely followed by Upper Demerara-East Bank with 16.5 and Upper Corentyne on 15.8.
The second round promises to build on an enticing first round of matches, where players from the eight franchise teams across the country will continue to compete for national places in the upcoming 2017/2018 CWI Regional 4 Day PCL, which commences on October 26.
The second round of matches in GCB Jaguars 3-Day League will commence on Friday and will witness, Upper Corentyne facing East Coast at Port Mourant, Georgetown competing against Lower Corentyne at Lusignan, West Berbice taking on Essequibo at Bush Lot and East Bank going up against West Demerara at Police.
All matches have a scheduled to start at 09:30 hrs.
