Syldon Holder, a 24-year-old labourer of Lot 149 Hoppie Street in Dartmouth Village, Essequibo Coast, Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam), was on Wednesday sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment after being convicted of committing malicious damage to the property of 27-year-old Miggel Nedd of Richmond Housing Scheme on the Essequibo Coast.
Accused of committing this offence on November 25, 2023 on the Charity Public Road, Essequibo Coast, Holder, who is in prison, made a virtual appearance before Anna Regina Magistrate Esther Sam and was found guilty as charged.
He has therefore been sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment.
