This Saturday December 17, at the East Coast Appreciation Celebration at the Ogle Community Centre there will be three categories of softball cricket to mark the occasion.
Organizers; Best Family Entertainment, Yamo and Gerald have extended invitations to Male All-Star teams, Male Over-40 Years old and Female All-Stars for the afternoon of intense battles on the field.
The 10 overs-per-side matches will see 10 male All-Star teams, eight Over-40 teams and four female teams playing for supremacy and lots of cash incentives from 10:00h.

In addition to cricket, there will be a 12-team grand domino tournament from 13:00h with over $200,000 in cash and prizes at stake. Interested domino teams must register by contacting Lyall Gittens on 697-2929. Entrance fee is $10,000 per team.
The one-day event has attracted the support of Modern Grafix, Trophy Stall, Silvies Variety Store, Vion Investment Fabrication and welding, Star Party Rental, Yamo air-conditioning repairs, BM Soat, Buckie’s Collision Repairs and Bacchus Drug Store.
