Social media personality Nikosi Bruce, popularly known as “Feting King”, appeared on Wednesday before acting Chief Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts to answer a charge that accuses him of raping a woman.
Rape accused Nikosi Bruce
Represented by an attorney, Bruce, of South Ruimveldt, Georgetown, was not required to plead to the indictable charge. The proceedings were held in-camera, and Bruce was placed on $150,000 bail. The matter has been postponed to a later date.
The highest penalty for rape is life in prison.
