Due to unforeseen circumstances, the first public hearing for the Lindo Creek COI has been postponed.
Commissioner Justice Donald Trotman appeared before the media one hour after the scheduled starting time to inform journalists of the postponement.
The commissioner claimed there were certain “internal prerequisites” and logistical issues that led to the postponement.
Relatives of the the eight men that were killed in the massacre were due to appear at the hearing this morning. However, some were said to be having difficulties reaching on time.
