Anthony Chung, a 26-year-old fisherman of Lot 41 Brickery, East Bank Demerara (EBD), has been sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment for break and enter and larceny.

The Police said on Monday that he had been arrested for the crime on November 30.
When Chung appeared on Monday before Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Vigilance Magistrates’ Courts, he pleaded guilty to the charge. As such, he was sentenced to serve time in jail.
