A fisherman who had threatened his neighbour during an argument was hauled before the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts charged with threatening behaviour.
Andy Markool was accused of threatening to kill Shamattie Arjune during an argument on July 23, 2018 at her Lot 115 West Ruimveldt, Georgetown home.
The two had reportedly had several incidents previously which caused Markool to be placed on a six-month bond which he breached.
However, the 47-year-old man of West Ruimveldt, Georgetown denied the allegation when he appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore.
As such, he was placed on $10,000 bail and was ordered to return to Court 11 on August 3, 2018.
