The Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) on Monday evening honoured its champion cricketers at a gala dinner at the Pegasus Hotel. The function was aimed at recognising the efforts of the Guyana Jaguars, the senior national men’s team that won the WICB Professional Cricket League Four-day title for a second time in succession, Guyana players on the West Indies Under-19 that won the Youth World Cup in February and Guyana players on the West Indies Female team that copped the World T20 title earlier this month.
