Georgetown seeking another win

The Georgetown players selected to participate in the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) Inter-Association Under-19 Tournament are required to be at the Ogle Community Development Centre Ground from 08: 15 hours today, for the second match of the tournament against East Coast Demerara.

The city side was off to a good start on Wednesday when the defeated four time defending champions West Demerara by 126 runs.

National U-19 opening batsman Raymond Perez made 110 while skipper Renaldo Ali-Mohamed was superb with bat and ball scoring 52 before returning to take six wickets.

Georgetown will play their third and final match on Sunday 23 April 2017.
