GHRA’s position on this equally heinous crime

Dear Editor,
Can the Guyana Human Rights Association state its position on medical castration of convicted rapists? I already understand from public utterances its opposition to the death sentence for convicted murderers, and would appreciate clarity on this equally heinous crime against humanity.
